“We were really disappointed with this Tokyo night car tour. Our “guide” said maybe three words the entire four hours. Not his fault, but it was clear the company had overbooked and called in a friend who didn’t speak English. Meanwhile, others in the group had nicer cars and knowledgeable English-speaking guides, which made the experience feel uneven and unfair. To make matters worse, the tour was cut short, giving us only about 20 minutes to walk around the car meetup, which was supposed to be the highlight. For the price we paid, this felt like poor organization and a lack of honesty from the company. Nothing against the individual…”
